Positive: It was clean

Negative: Pool wasn’t open as advertised - when queried nothing changed. Left early due to lack of facility’s and received an incredibly dense email about how we could’ve stayed and enjoyed the sun without the pool if the facilities were clean as stated. No concern for the fact that they false advertised and we invited an additional fee getting home early. No offer of compensation despite their poor advertising and a lack of a very large amenity
