This Fire Island beach house features amazing views of both the ocean and bay, vaulted ceilings with skylights, large windows on three sides, and huge wrap around decks. It's the perfect place to relax with family and friends. New to the market and recently renovated, the home features updated mid-century/contemporary furniture and furnishings, re-finished hardwood floors, and more.
the top floor has amazing views and great ocean breezes Inside, there is a bright and airy floorpan with open kitchen (with new Miele dishwasher), living, and dining area. There is a large bedroom with a private deck and also one bathroom. Outside there is a wraparound deck with a bbq, dining table, and outdoor couch. You can relax or dine while listening to and watching the ocean.
on the lower-level, there are three bedrooms, one bathroom, and a large den and play space for kids Outside there is another wrap-around deck with an outdoor shower and brand new washer/dryer.
this is a very family-friendly home (we have two small children and use it for our family) and also comfortable for discerning adults High-quality linens, bedding, and towels will be provided. Sleeps 8 adults comfortably. In addition, a porta-crib and toddler airbed are also available.
