Contemporary furnishings, modern appliances and hardwood floors throughout.
top level: amazing views and great ocean breezes There is a bright, open floor plan with open kitchen, dining area and living area with one 65" Sony smart TV. Master bedroom with TV and private deck. Full-size bathroom. Wi-Fi and Bluetooth speaker.
lower level: large den with projector tv, three bedrooms and one full size bathroom Murphy bed; play space for kids with games, books and arts & crafts.
outdoors: lower and upper-level wrap-around decks, bbq, table with seating for (8), outdoor couch, washer/dryer and outdoor shower Beach chairs, umbrellas and games can all be found in the outdoor storage area.
