this is a unit in the duplex The bedroom is black-and-white and features a king bed with extra pillows. Compact bathroom with a shower and toiletries. Living room features an open floor plan with queen sleeper sofa, smart TV and office desk for remote work. Recently upgraded memory foam mattress inside the sleeper sofa for additional comfort. You will love this wet bar/kitchenette area - it's totally cool with unique design inspired by the local restaurant! It features medium size fridge, microwave, toaster oven, multi cooker, air fryer, sink and plates, cups, glasses and salad bowls. Everything to prepare a meal. There is portable 2 burner electric stove (no full range). A private spacious fenced backyard is totally separated from another unit and is equipped with a hammock, sitting area and a grill. Natural landscape with sand and coastal vegetation (lawn maintenance is difficult near the beach). In-unit stackable laundry for added convenience.
