This recently updated, 1 bedroom/1 bathroom condo, is located on the third floor of the building which has a fantastic vantage of Lake Carillon and the surrounding resort. The floor plan is unique in the fact the bedroom is located on the south side of the building, away from the walkway, plus it will have you waking up to fantastic water views.

check in information will be sent 24 hours prior to check in Check in time is 4pm, this gives house keeping enough time to clean and sanitize the property. Access is a smart lock, code will work at 4:00pm.
unit #307 is a recently updated, 1 bedroom/1 bathroom condo inside the carillon beach inn complex on the third floor, located within the greater carillon beach resort The bedroom has water views and comes equipped with a king-size bed and plush bedding. The private balcony, located just off of the bedroom, overlooks beautiful Lake Carillon – a great place to enjoy morning coffee or take in the sunset.

the living room features a comfortable couch that opens to a queen sofa bed There is also a 65-inch smart TV. The kitchen is well provisioned with basic cookware. Please note there is a stovetop, however no oven. There is a toaster oven.
