Positive: Great location, great communication from Avant, easy to find and easy check in, loved the welcome gifts, super short walk to the beach, plenty of towels and beach towels, lots of kitchen equipment, great location for families, very comfortable and relaxing and lots of space! We love carillon!
Negative: The house is beautiful and spacious and in such a sweet community, it is just a bit worn, which can't be seen in the pictures. The kitchen chairs are all about to have holes in the rattan, the mini fridge and ice maker on the third floor didn't work, a shower on the second floor was moldy, another shower didn't have pressure to get water out of the faucet, the wagon and chairs for the beach are a nice touch but are too rusty to use and should probably be replaced. None of this negatively impacted our stay. We still enjoyed our time here, but some cleaning and updating would be good too. Just for future stays!
