Owners and occupants of the inn units are entitled to use all of the amenities of Carillon Beach as well as the Resort Swimming Pool. Carillon Beach amenities include four additional pools (one beachside), tennis courts, playground areas and a basketball court. There are eight individual beach walkovers for easy beach access.

• turn off all lights and ceiling fans, turn thermostat to 65 degrees in colder seasons and 74 degrees in warmer seasons
• close & lock all windows and exterior doors
