A Private Paradise close to town, in a prestigious lake community. This is the place to experience a true Durango vacation! With incredible 360 degree mountain views and immaculate landscaping, the newly renovated Double J offers a full kitchen, a dining and living area with beautiful light coming through the impressive 2 story windows. The living room features a wood burning stove for those chilly nights, and a small library with books related to the area.
off the living/dining room is a spacious deck, the perfect place to enjoy a meal, or just absorb the beauty of the glorious aspens and pines, any time of day On the main floor, there is a second bedroom with two twin beds and a large closet. Adjacent to this bedroom is a spacious bathroom with shower. The cabin's upper level has a large master suite with king bed, and an adjoining sitting area. The master has a new full bath with a large jacuzzi tub, double sinks, and a walk-in closet. The cabin's dΓ©cor is done in comfortable Durango style furnishings, with artwork that boasts the wonderful wildlife and scenery that this area is known for. The high ceilings bring in lots of natural light.

no dogs are allowed unless prearranged with the management company There is an additional pet fee of $100 per dog per reservation. Maximum 2 dogs. Renters are responsible for their pet(s) at all times and must ensure all solid wastes have been picked up and disposed of before departure. There will be a $500 fine if there is an unauthorized pet on the property.
