Our modern 600 square foot single level pet friendly cabin features a King Bed, a Queen Sofa Sleeper and a kitchenette and is located 10 miles (14 minutes) from Purgatory Ski Resort and 16 miles (less then 30 minutes) from downtown Durango.
nestled among century old pines, the cabin is on a secluded, 35 acre property surrounded by National Forest on one side and the exclusive Glacier Club on the other. You will not find a more peaceful retreat with as easy access to all that Durango has to offer, no matter what time of year you visit this spectacular part of Colorado. Note there is a similar sized cabin about 75 feet from this cabin - there are not share spaces with the other cabin. Each cabin has its own wood burning fire pit.

this home is pet friendly! we allow a maximum of 2 dogs max and the pet fee is $40/day (for a max $250 per stay)
4wd/awd is not required in winter as the cabin is accessed via cr 200 which is paved

cancellation policy: a non-refundable payment of $300 is required at the time of booking This $300 payment is applied toward the total amount due and is only refundable within 72 hours of the time of the booking is made. If your arrival date is within 30 days of booking, payment in full is required at the time of booking. Cancellations or changes to stay dates, including changes that result in a shortened stay, are not permitted within 30 days of arrival, and any such changes will result in a penalty. Cancellations or changes that are made within thirty (30) days of the arrival date, forfeit the entire reservation amount while cancellations made more than thirty (30) days in advance of your arrival only forfeit the $300 payment made at the time of booking. For reservations that are at least thirty (30) nights, the cancellation policy above increases to sixty (60) days prior to the arrival date. We do offer travel insurance.
