Our 1 bedroom, 1.5 bath single-level condo at East Rim (Unit C-11) was just completely remodeled and is located right across from Purgatory Lodge and offers the ultimate convenience in all seasons. The condo features amazing views of the Needles Range and Spud Mountain. East Rim is centrally located to the main skier plaza and is just a short walk to the fastest and biggest high speed lift on the mountain, Purgatory Express. This property is unique because it is just a step away from the hustle and bustle, restaurants, shops and skiing amenities of the primary base village at Purgatory Resort, but it offers a more private and quiet existence with views that cannot be beat.

bedroom 1 - king with tv and ensuite bath(main floor)
main living space - double sleeper couch (see photo)
there is a full bathroom as well as a washer and dryer (laundry detergent provided) and a bbq gas grill on the deck
this home is pet friendly! we allow a maximum of 2 dogs max and the pet fee is $40/day (for a max $250 per stay)

the 4% resort fee included in the quote is the required resort fee that must be charged and does not allow access to the durango mountain club For an additional (and optional) 4% resort fee, you will have access to the Durango Mountain Club includes an outdoor heated pool with slide, outdoor hot tub and workout facility.

cancellation policy: a non-refundable payment of $300 is required at the time of booking This $300 payment is applied toward the total amount due and is only refundable within 72 hours of the time of the booking is made. If your arrival date is within 30 days of booking, payment in full is required at the time of booking. Cancellations or changes to stay dates, including changes that result in a shortened stay, are not permitted within 30 days of arrival, and any such changes will result in a penalty. Cancellations or changes that are made within thirty (30) days of the arrival date, forfeit the entire reservation amount while cancellations made more than thirty (30) days in advance of your arrival only forfeit the $300 payment made at the time of booking. For reservations that are at least thirty (30) nights, the cancellation policy above increases to sixty (60) days prior to the arrival date. We do offer travel insurance.
