our "aft" unit is located at the rear of the building and accommodates 2 There is a king bed, dining area, seating area, couch, a full bathroom and a small food prep area (small fridge/freezer, microwave, sink, coffee maker, & dishes/utensils for 2).
our 3 unit building is located on a bluff overlooking the embarcadero, bay and ocean - all units are on the 2nd floor - our "captains quarters" is the largest at 980 square feet and will accommodate 4 comfortably - (2 couples or a family) Our "Aft" and "Mid Ship" units are 500 square feet and will accommodate 2 comfortably. Each has their own private entrance accessed by a shared set of stairs. You'll be within walking distance to all the action, yet located in a quiet neighborhood.
