Enjoy a relaxing, carefree vacation. Our remodeled two-story home features a spacious great room, which includes a chef’s kitchen, dining area and living room. The living room is furnished with a 6 foot couch and a 42 inch LCD TV with a Blu-Ray player. Hardwood floors and multiple, expansive windows embellish the sense of space in the great room.
the kitchen has been upgraded with granite counter tops, bosch dishwasher, new stove/cooktop, refurbished cabinets, and a new kitchen island The highlight of the great room is an attached sunroom/patio, which has great views of Morro Strand, the water, Morro Rock over the rooftops, and the famous Morro Bay sunsets. This is a perfect place to sit back and enjoy the evening.
there are two bedrooms, plus a bonus room which doubles as a third bedroom There is a king size bed in the master bedroom and a queen size bed in the 2nd bedroom. In addition, there is a daybed + trundle bed in the bonus room. The downstairs Master bedroom is very spacious.
