In autumn and winter, up to 100 birds roost in the RSPB reserve, and in spring and summer they are active pairing up and feeding their young. Built in traditional Norfolk stone, the drive up to the barn is instantly impressive. The grand entrance hall welcomes guests to feel immediately at home. The impressive sitting room features exposed stone walls, deep sumptuous sofas and a wood burning stove. Nestle in after a day spent exploring to revel in the warmth and ambient light that fills the room. Under an apex ceiling, the light and bright kitchen is well-equipped to provide all that enthusiastic chefs need to create a delicious feast made from the area's rich local produce. The Everhot range cooker is a delight to use and also provides background warmth on chillier winter days. A round breakfast table is the perfect spot to share a morning coffee to plan the day ahead. Steps lead down to a generous dining area where a large oak table invites eight guests to take a seat and create lasting holiday memories. From here, french doors open to the outdoor patio area, inviting in the fresh sea air. Hosting a super-king size bed, the master bedroom with en suite bathroom is located on this floor, making it ideal of any less mobile guests.
