The well-equipped kitchen opens into the dining hall, just the place for a sociable get together, be it easy relaxed dining or a more formal affair. A handy cloakroom, with ample space for boots and coats, and utility complete the downstairs. Upstairs there are four inviting bedrooms, with super comfy beds, and two bathrooms, one of which is en-suite. Outside, as well as the enclosed courtyard, there is an open communal grassed area at the rear of the barn, where Old Smithy has its own lawned area with bench seating.
