this home is located in the private cannon hill association Wind through the secluded neighborhood to discover the property with its lush lawn and landscaping. Enter the front of the home, opening into a cool, tiled sunroom, with sliders to the great expanse of outdoor deck to the back. The sunroom is a soothing space, perfect for quiet conversations with family.
the fully equipped kitchen has everything needed to prepare a quick snack or a full sunday dinner for 10 It's a good thing the dining room seats that many! The living room is spacious, with comfy couches and chairs for intimate or large get-togethers. The sliders open up to the deck to extend entertaining to the outside and there are views of the water from both rooms.
the living space is in the center of the home with 2 bedrooms to the left and 2 bedrooms to the right To the right is the Primary Bedroom, with a Queen Bed and an ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom on this side has an ensuite bathroom and two twin beds. To the left of the living area is a hall with two bedrooms and a shared hallway bathroom between them. One of these bedrooms has a queen-sized bed and the other offers two twin beds.
the lower level is partially finished with a queen bed and a full bath A great area for teens who want some private space to enjoy. There's a sitting area that leads out to the backyard patio and the washer and dryer can be found on this lower level.

bonus: please feel free to use the bikes, kayaks, and paddleboards Kayaks are at the end of the path with their paddles. Paddleboards are in the garage with their paddles.
