charming 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom home is nestled perfectly on a gorgeous corner lot in north chatham Bright & inviting living room with hardwood floors, decorative fireplace, built ins & door to side patio. Our cozy eat-in kitchen is fully stocked with all necessary appliances and items, and can be accessed via a set of stairs up the back from the driveway. You will find a complete bathroom with a bathtub and shower, followed by a tastefully furnished living room that features a decorative fireplace, a large smart TV, a couch that can be converted into a queen-size bed, a love seat, and an oversized comfortable chair. To the right of the fireplace is a beautiful built-in bookshelf stocked with our favorite beach reads and board games. There are two bedrooms off the living room, each with a queen bed and a smart TV. During the summer, you can enjoy the sunny Cape Cod weather on the patio which features an outdoor shower, seating area, and dining table. Our property also features a lush green lawn, ideal for playing outdoor games and basking in the sun.
