looking for a luxurious way to experience chatham? look no further! new to the rental market, this 4 bedroom 3 and a half bath home is ideally set up to welcome groups of up to 10 Built in 2012, this modern home has all the creature comforts you'd expect from a luxury level home. The open floor plan features a fully equipped chef's kitchen that is open to the dining room and the vaulted living room that is flooded with natural light from the sky lights. There is a screened porch off the back that leads out in a beautiful new pool area! The heated salt water pool will have a gorgeous patio area with ample seating and lounging area. There will also be a large 6-person hot tub in the pool area.
back inside, you'll find the spacious primary bedroom with a king bed and an adjoining gorgeous private bathroom with a dual vanity and tile and glass step-in shower Finally, there is a small room with a twin bed to round out the main level. Upstairs you have a classic Cape set up with a full bathroom at the top of the stairs and a bedroom on either side. The first bedroom has a King bed and the other has three twin beds.
