- no parties or events ($500 fine) 10 guests maximum strictly enforced. If you are looking for a party house, this is not for you.
- no smoking of any kind anywhere is allowed on the property, including outdoor areas
- due to our api connection and liability, we must have a signed rental agreement with a copy of your driver's license at the time of booking
- there is a $500 security hold that will be placed 2 days prior to arrival and released 7 days after departure if no damage is reported
- must sign a rental agreement upon booking
pets: one well-trained dog is welcome at $100 per stay Please indicate if you'll be bringing your dog when booking. Dogs are not allowed on the furniture; please use the dog bed provided. Excessive pet hair/mess found on furniture and linens resulting in extra cleaning efforts will be charged accordingly. We have dog food and water dishes and provide pet waste bags.
guest access: the entire home is included in the rental Guests have full access to the private backyard and front yard sitting areas. There is a M-I-L apartment below with separate entrance not available for guest use. It is not rented out.
