- please note that seattle is fairly temperature even in summer so we may not have portable ac set up by default, but we will provide and set up portable ac upon request on warmer days
- if you book within 24 hours of check in, please note that we may not be able to guarantee a 4pm checkin depending on our cleaning team’s schedule and if there is a same-day turnover (it may be delayed up to 630pm). Please check with us after booking to confirm your check in time.
- the basic pricing per night is for 4 guests Each additional guest requires $25 per person per night. The additional guest fee goes toward accommodation necessities such as utilities, supplies, and tears and wears on the property. VRBO should automatically calculate the accurate nightly pricing for you according to the number of guests inputted under "guests".

please sort out trash and dispose it into appropriate bins Please leave it in inside cans if you’re not sure where to throw it and our cleaners will take care of it.
* lost & found *
please double-check that you have all personal belongings before you leave! if you leave something behind, we’re happy to assist under the following conditions:
- we do not guarantee that lost items will be found, as housekeeping may not always recover them
- if found, items can be shipped to you for a $35 handling fee plus shipping costs
- lost and found items will be held for up to 2 weeks after check-out After this period, unclaimed items may be discarded or donated.
we do not offer mailbox access unless it is a long term stay, but package deliveries left at the door are up to guest discretion please note that we cannot be responsible for any lost or inaccessible packages!
