Welcome to our Tennessee Home Away from Home!! We kept in mind all of the comforts of home while remodeling in February of 2024 and hope you enjoy “Modern Mountain Gamers Getaway” as much as our family does. If you stayed at this location in the past, as the new owners, we hope you will appreciate and enjoy all of the added amenities, including a new game room, TV's in each room, freshly painted rooms, new bedding, bunk beds, sleeper sofa with a memory foam mattress, indoor and outdoor fireplaces, cover lift for hot tub and handrails on porch/game room stairs.
location, location, location!! did i mention the location is ideal and centrally located in pigeon forge? we are within walking distance of the “the parkway” (5 miles to the main strip with several attractions and restaurants), less than a mile from “The Island” and 10 minutes from Dollywood. There is ample free parking with a large driveway and an extended 70'x 25' parking area for large trailers, boats, and multiple cars.

get ready to spend quality time with your family while enjoying hours of fun and friendly competition in our recently upgraded and spacious game room The room is equipped with an 8-foot slate pool table, retro arcade gaming system featuring 60 classic games like Pac-Man, Donkey Kong, and Frogger, a foosball table, air hockey, darts, and shuffleboard. You can also utilize the full-size washer and dryer located in the laundry room adjacent to the game room.

wow, i am thrilled to tell you about all the amazing activities you can enjoy at our tennessee home away from home! after a long day of hiking, you can unwind and relax in the hot tub, or have some fun playing games inside the screened-in deck - we have several games provided for kids of all ages! if you're feeling chilly, you can keep warm by the outdoor gas fire table For those who love outdoor cooking, you can grill out and enjoy outdoor seating on the deck for 12. And that's not all - you can also play Ping Pong in the garage! We are extremely excited to share our place with you, your family, and friends. With entertainment for all ages, we promise you won't be bored for even a minute. Plus, you can take advantage of the free tickets we've included and explore all that Smoky Mountains has to offer. get ready for an unforgettable experience!

a modern mountain gamers getaways location offers easy access via paved roads for both vehicles and motorcycles It features level parking space for up to three vehicles, including trailer parking. Within just a minute's drive, you can reach Pigeon Forge, and in 15 minutes, you can get to Gatlinburg. There's also a Dollar General store nearby, and a Kroger supermarket is just a 5-minute drive away. moreover, the cabin is conveniently located within a 5-minute walk to the pigeon forge parkway, giving you quick access to all the attractions and amenities in the downtown area
local fun:
our area has so many fun and entertaining attractions for all ages Start with adventure when you ride coasters at Dollywood, win a game of putt-putt golf, race go-karts, splash at waterparks, mine for gems, visit museums, and oh-so-much more! For outdoor fun, you can explore the Great Smoky Mountains National Park where you can hike to waterfalls, horseback ride through valleys, picnic by a river, and fly fish! Once the thrills & adventure are over, visit tanger outlets & local boutiques where you can shop until you drop. When it's dinner time, enjoy local cuisine from southern family-style restaurants to chef-cooked meals. After dinner, you can find a sweet shop on every corner to satisfy that sweet tooth before returning to the property.

out of respect for the holidays and our employees, we do not allow any check in or outs on thanksgiving day, christmas eve, christmas day, new years eve, or new years day
check-in:
4pm - there is no check-in office, you go straight to the cabin Once all your payments have been made, we will send you an email with the door code & we will resend it a week before your stay.

cancellation policy: $50 fee
before 30 days - you will get all of your money back (minus the $50 cancellation fee)
29 days or less - whatever dates we can re-book, is the amount that we will refund back (-$150)
example: if you had 5 nights & we re-booked 4 nights = you will be refunded 4 nights + tax + cleaning fee + damage fee + bear tootin fee($25)
that total will have subtracted the $50 cancellation fee
