Beautiful, inviting, spacious ski in / ski out townhome located right on the slopes near the Yellow Brick Road trail at Purgatory. This townhouse is a 5-bedroom, 5-bath, allowing every guest to have their own space. This unit has a max sleeping occupancy of 12. The first-floor bedroom/game room features a bunk bed with a full on the bottom, twin on top and includes a trundle, kids ping pong/air hockey/pool table and a dart board. It is the perfect room for kids to be entertained. The second room has a twin bunk bed and a trundle. Access to the private hot tub is also on the first-floor deck. Second story has a main living area and a bedroom with a king bed and full bath. The wrap around deck off the second floor has amazing views of the San Juan National Forest with a gas BBQ grill, heater, 2 dining tables and an outdoor couch to relax and enjoy the weather and views. The third floor has two masters with kings, which both include their own full bathrooms. This unit also features a boot warmer closet on the main floor, baseboard heating and each bathroom features in-floor radiant heat. In addition, by choosing to stay in this unit, you and your guests have access to the Durango Mountain Club with amenities including a gated and heated outdoor pool, hot tub and gym.
