our guests will have access to everything in the main house; this is a perfectly private rental There is a long-term tenant in the separated basement unit but the guests will have the entire home and outdoor areas to themselves.

voted one of the best neighborhoods in portland by sunset magazine, the richmond neighborhood does not disappoint Located between the bustling streets of Hawthorne and Division, this neighborhood is chock full of many of Portland's best restaurants, bars and shops while still maintaining the eclectic "Keep Portland Weird" aesthetic that it's become famous for.

--this home has a 4 night/6 person minimum for all weekend stays during the high season (june-september) as well as all major holidays

Deposits will be refunded the day following the day of check out minus the cost of any damages. Guests will be notified of any damages and documentation for any deductions will be provided.
