our brand new home is situated on 3 acres of property with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, wood stove and a fire-pit Our home is 2.5-3 hrs from NYC depending on traffic, <10 mins from Margaretville, 10 mins from Andes, <20 mins from Belleayre ski resort and close to multiple hiking trails.
