Dining room/living room combo with fireplace, and fully applianced kitchen, new cabinets brand new countertops & new bedroom doors! 2 bedrooms plus brand new recliner & reclining sofa in living room; sleeps up to 6 people. Brand new twin mattresses and brand new full , as well as new bedspreads and new linens and towels. New tower fan . Air conditioner in one bedroom & fan in the other. New Kuerig coffee maker . Fully furnished and linens/towels included. Brand new Primo water dispenser! Large front porch, large backyard with fire pit, and new water system (installed 2018). TV and Internet included, no cable but TV is streaming capable. Wi-Fi info on fridge. brand new metal roof dec 2023 !
