Welcome to the Flippin Flounder Bay House. One of Sargent's favorite vacation rentals!! This home has room for the whole family to enjoy and relax. The home offers everything you could imagine to have a great stay and is fully loaded with amenities! The property is located on Caney Creek and has a huge private fishing pier that offers amazing fishing year round. There are multiple fishing lights, including a pole mounted high density light designed to attract fish and bait at night. The pier also has a covered and lit cleaning table complete with running water to conveniently prep your catch. Wonderful fishing for redfish, trout, flounder, and black drum. The crab fishing is also amazing at this location and a crab trap is available for use. Kayaks are also available to use for the more adventurous anglers. The home offers 2 large bedrooms and extra sleeping space in the living room. An updated kitchen and fully stocked cabinets are ready to rock. All rooms are equipped with AC/Heat and hot water for showers is instant and endless thanks to a tankless water heater. The home offers multiple decks and covered porches to enjoy the beautiful sunsets, water front views, wildlife and so much more. Directly across the water sits a 2300 acre nature preserve so your views are endless.
