four season dog/family friendly home on 1/2 acre wooded lot located in the private beach community of suissevale
this warm open space house offers 3 levels of living space 4 Bedrooms, a mezzanine with 2 twin beds, a living room and 2 bathrooms.
the main floor is an open concept with a fully equipped kitchen, dining area and living room with flat screen roku tv A nice deck outside to sip a coffee or just relax.
the lower level is a great area to hang out, play pool, watch tv or play darts The cabinet is stocked with dvd's and wii games for young and old.
a fully equipped laundry room is available for guests
outside you will find a fire pit with benches and a propane grill for a night of bbq'ing
suissevale beach one of the most beautiful and largest sandy beaches on lake winnipesauke, is just a short drive or walk The beach included a roped off swim area with 2 large swim platforms, a large playground and an Olympic size volleyball court. A lagoon for fishing with the kids, picnic tables and charcoal grills for a nice BBQ at the beach. The beach has also wireless access.
