grill: we ask our guests to clean the grill after use or before check out as a courtesy to the next guests otherwise, additional $35 fee will be charged for cleaning the grill thank you!
ice: please note that we do not have an ice maker available on the premises, we kindly request that guests bring their own ice if needed
winter time: given the harsh and unpredictable new england weather, we do not guarantee that decks will be cleared off during the winter time we're hoping for your understanding!
