Two docks and a private boat ramp make it truly one of a kind, PLUS a swimming pool ( unheated) in fully screened room ensure kids and adults have plenty of family fun times while enjoying superb sunsets. Old time Florida at its best and rarest. Wildlife and fish abound. Manatees come to see you as well as dolphins and yes.....alligators. Take a trip down the river to the Gulf and you may be as lucky as we have been to see the flock of Roseate Spoonbills that live on Harper Island. Breathtaking.

inside is very spacious and open plan and in honor of its original owner, an incredible local woman who did so much for nature conservancy, has been decorated in mid century retro style Think cocktail carts and lava lamps and bright colors. Its been fun hunting those down.
