bring your boat! fixed wooden dock behind home with sliding dock line system that can accommodate up to a 30β boat Deep canal leading out to the river, minutes away from all the places to be. Enjoy a short boat ride over to the Scallop Grounds, go trolling in the shipping channel or just enjoy a leisurely cruise along the beautiful Withlacoochie River soaking in the all of the local nature and wildlife. The home has 2 canoes and one tandem kayak. feel free bring your bicycles or golf cart to go explore everything historic yankeetown has to offer!
