This rental is for Lot 97, a large, level concrete pad on the canal with water/sewage/50 amp electric hookups. Sunrise over the canal and beautiful sunset views of the Bay from this lot. There is a small grassy area between the pad and canal with picnic table. A short walk or bike will get you to the beach (0.65 miles from lot to sand).
