we love to host families, wedding groups, girls/guys trips, team building, athletic leagues, and more It's the perfect vacation home for people who love the beauty of the beach and the convenience of the canal/bay access. It's a treasure that will call you back year after year. Located in the quiet community of Sandbridge, Virginia Beach. This stunning gem has all of the amenities you could wish for in a vacation home and is a short 1 1/2 blocks from the ocean! We have tried to think of everything you will need for your stay. Perfect for boating, kayaking, paddle boarding, fishing or enjoying a cup of coffee or glass of wine while enjoying the beautiful sunrise or sunset.
this is one of few properties that do friday- friday stays during the summer months (june-august) Finding that checking in on these days allows families to enjoy a full first weekend at the beach. instead of being stuck in long lines of traffic on check in days (saturday afternoons are extremely hectic for check in/out, service companies doing cleanings, repairs, lawn maintenance, and pool services)
the first floor offers a large recreation room with a pool table and lounge area with cable television This is the perfect area to relax and unwind after a day at the beach. The first floor also offers a laundry room with 2 washers and dryers for your personal use.
the second floor has wide open spaces and beautiful natural light that makes it bright and airy The living room has a 60" television, comfortable seating for everyone. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you should need to prepare meals. The custom dinning room table offers plenty of seating for meals, games or just catching up. Outside the deck overlooks the pool and waterway. It's the perfect place to grill your lunch or dinner. The private crows nest on the top of the house offers beautiful views of the ocean and the bay.
