although the house is older, the kitchen was remodeled in 2021,bathroom updated in 2023, upstairs freshly painted, powder room redecorated in 2024, and carpets, draperies, etc added very recently. You'll enjoy a large, covered porch with water view, new TV's in both family room and owner bedroom, and family board games added for the occasional rainy days. We also offer corn hole, for family fun.
