Our home sits in a large, quiet cove just 100 yards off the Main Lake. With over 160' of decked bulk headed waterfront, a 1400 square foot double boat house with fish cleaning station and sunning dock. You have everything you need to enjoy the sun and fun outdoors including 2 kayaks, a paddle board, fishing poles and built in rod holder at the dock. Feel free to park your boat beside our boat house or inquire about our pontoon rental. The water at the dock is perfect for swimming, floating, and relaxing. Water level gradually deepens from 1-2 feet at the edge up to 4-5 foot water depth at the end of the dock, perfect for the little ones to play and learn to swim. We are ten minutes from the Food Lion & other amenities. it is a quick boat ride to the restaurants, marinas, goat island and the eaton ferry bridge where the sunset views are amazing!
the summertime offers many activities in local towns such as movie nights and free concerts on the weekends in littleton this little town has a lot to offer with lots of small restaurants and businesses to check out!
the house offers a large yard in both the front and rear, perfect for outdoor games and evening bonfires in the fire pit (firewood is not provided) There is a large covered porch with plenty of seating that offers beautiful views, a TV and has a full outdoor bathroom on the lake side of the home. there's even a small seasonal herb garden to enjoy!
the first floor hosts the livingroom/dining area with seating for up to 20 people, as well as 2 bedrooms, 2 full baths and a half bath The first bedroom is a queen with a half bath and the second bedroom has a king sized bed. There are 6 bedrooms on the second floor with 4 king beds, 4 twins and 1 double bed. All of the bedrooms have smart TV's. The game room is located on second floor which provides a Foosball table and Playstation 3 with games. There are also 2 additional full bathrooms upstairs. Wi-Fi and Cable services throughout. 70” TV in living room, 55” TV in other living area.
