Every room looks out upon the most beautiful waterfront and sunset vistas all year. A designer's home is beautifully decorated with mid-century modern furniture and spectacular landscaping, enhancing the privacy felt on this gem of a property. It features a large living area with ribbon remote control gas fireplace, a dining table, a state-of-the-art kitchen, sofa and a bathroom with a large glass-enclosed rain head shower with access to the outdoor shower from the inside. Ideal for couples, singles, or small families (dogs accepted with a $250 fee, and crated when left alone). Maximum sleeping capacity 4 people. (The sofa should not used for overnight guests and the backs do not go down). The cottage has plenty of outdoor furniture, a table for 8, a gas Weber grill, and stairs to the water—perfect for standup paddleboards or kayaking. a short walk to town (5 minutes), the best restaurants, the jitney, and beaches
the cottage comes with linens, towels, beach towels, a fully equipped kitchen, and many beautiful pieces of vintage table settings and glassware for entertaining (2) standup paddleboards, (2) Kayaks, and (2) bikes. You will be asked to sign a waiver for the use of the equipment.
