3 Maximum Occupancy: At all times, the maximum occupancy is the number the home sleeps as advertised including children. This home sleeps 13 people. We do charge extra for any guest count over 8 persons. No EXTRA GUESTS are permitted unless approved. All guests must be registered and listed on this rental agreement. We have instant booking turned on, but we have a "NO PARTY RULE" and if we see you are going to be having extra guests, we reserve the right to have you cancel. Please note that we take this seriously, and we do not want more than up to 13 guests and that all names will be required to be registered on the rental agreement that is sent after you book this home. San Antonio has a strict noise ordinance so please see #8.
