On the ground floor, there is a spacious open-plan area with a living room/TV corner and a double sofa bed, air conditioning, a fully equipped kitchen with dining table, oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher; a large bathroom with shower/bidet/WC/sink and Velux window; and a spacious bedroom with a double bed and a single bed with a garden view and air conditioning. The living room opens to the outdoor space with a covered veranda, garden furniture, and sun loungers. The 300 sqm garden is shared with a second property in front. On the upper level, a small entrance with a wardrobe and mini-fridge leads to a spacious bedroom with a double bed, a single bed, and air conditioning; the bedroom has a balcony with outdoor furniture and a garden view. A modern bathroom with shower/bidet/WC/sink is exclusively for the upper floor guests. An external small room in the garden hosts the laundry with a washing machine and a charcoal barbecue.
