this splendid villa with direct access to the sea has covered parking spaces, a large garden, and is spread over two levels On the ground floor, the entrance opens onto a living room with a view of the beach and a dining area, and an independent kitchen with stoves, oven, and fridge/freezer. Outside, a large gazebo houses a second outdoor kitchen, complete with stoves and worktops. On the ground floor, outside, there is an outbuilding with a bedroom (two bunk beds) and a service bathroom without a shower.
