the apartment is open-plan, with no doors between rooms It can sleep 4 people altogether in the double bed and the double sofa bed.
there is a pool with views of the ocean and direct access to the beach, where you can rent sunloungers and umbrellas and buy cool drinks Also close by, on the corner, there is an excellent seafood restaurant.
the keys are handed over directly to the tenant by a member of our team This will either be Eduardo Fonseca or Lina Casillo. The latter is our secretary and can be contacted at our offices during business hours (8.00 am - 6.00 pm). Our offices are located in the Laguito district, in the Antares Building, where we will be happy to help with any issues you may have. In the apartment you will find a white folder labeled APARTMENT GUIDE, containing useful information, recommendations for places to go and see, and our telephone number, so you can call us if you need help with anything.
nb: an additional check-in fee of $15,000 pesos (approx US$ 6) must be paid on arrival. This is a once-off fee and covers the entire group entering the apartment.
