i welcome well behaved pets however, due to a series of problems with pets and damage, i am limiting this unit to 2 pets I am also charging an additional $10 per night for pets (not per pet) for stays under 14 days. I will charge an extra flat $50 for stays over 14 days.
i do not welcome barking or destructive dogs I will charge a $100 fee if there is complaints about barking by other guests or if I hear unreasonable barking..
