this cozy, smoke-free, 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom house is located 1/4 mile from the popular conley bottom marina Located on the last road before the resort entrance, it is just a 1 minute golf cart drive or car ride to put your boat in the water.
there is a fully-equipped kitchen which includes a keurig machine, microwave, pots and pans, dishes and silverware The handmade farmhouse kitchen table seats 6 comfortably. The back porch has a view of the neighboring pond. Trash bags and paper towels are provided.
the main bedroom has a brand new king size bed and a 55 inch flat screen tv The second bedroom has a bunk bed with a full over full beds with a 32 inch flat screen tv.
the living room is situated just inside the front door and has a 70 inch flat screen tv, and two new couches that convert into full beds
the bathroom has a shower and towels/washcloths are provided for 5 people
the driveway is large enough to accommodate two cars and a vehicle towing a boat
