Welcome to Lake Haven Lodge, also known as The Octagon. What started life as a State Park Welcome Center has now become an inviting vacation spot in the beautiful Lake Cumberland community. Moved here in 1980 and added on to, this mixture of rustic cabin, meets mid-century modern is ready to accommodate your family vacation. Located within the Golden Pond community, it’s a short drive to several boat launches, Conley Bottom Marina, Wal-mart and the city of Monticello. Come pull up a chair and relax on the large wrap around porch or enjoy a some s’mores in the fire pit out back. The half-circle driveway will easily accommodate pulling a boat or trailer. We fell in love with this unique home and the beautiful Lake Cumberland community of Monticello, KY. We look forward to you being our guest and hope you love our home as much as we do.
a newly listed property in beautiful golden pond resort starting july 9, 2022 A uniquely styled, octagon shaped 3 bedroom two bath house. 2 minutes away from the lake, 3 miles away from the marina. Plenty of yard space for your 4 legged friend to run and play. Sit outside and enjoy yourself around a nice little fire. See the occasional deer or turkey come by. To hot outside, come splash around or just relax by the pool. The pool is not in the back yard, it is a short walk to Pool and tennis court. Kids wanna play, we have a play area for them too. For extra security we have a camera pointed at the driveway and one on the a/c unit..
