- this house is divided into two units, a and b Unit A is on the first floor, it has few steps up to the door and you can enter and exit from 60th Street. Cars can park on the street(There’s plenty of street parking), Unit B is located in the semi-basement of the house. Entrance to Unit B can be seen from the backyard. There’s no smoking in the house, please smoke outside, for your safety, we have security camera on the entrance of the house, The Deck in the backyard is a shared space. enjoy your stay!
