this is a great family house to share, with two separate living room areas one upstairs and one downstairs both with tvs there’ll be space for the whole family
when you enter the home, you'll be greeted with an open dining room and living room space with seating for 7! here you'll also find comfortable seating and large tv, making the room perfect to kick back and relax in! the kitchen is around the corner and is fully equipped! there are two bedrooms to your right, each with a queen bed There is one full bathroom off the kitchen. The stairs will take you to the basement where you will find a second living area with a tv and futon. Great for the kids to hang out in! Some guests may find the stairs steep so please keep that in mind, especially for the elderly. The third bedroom has a twin over full bunk bed and futon with a full bathroom.

our driveway offers parking for two vehicles and there is no direct street parking
the house has a digital keypad at the front door which will provide you access to the house The code will be provided upon booking. You will have full and private access to the home.
our home is located in north chattanooga it is a quick drive to the heart of the city where you will find all the attractions, shopping, restaurants, and other amazing things chattanooga has to offer!
we recommend driving, but uber and lyft are readily available!
the basement stairs are a little steep This might not be an issue for most but we want to make sure its noted. Also, parking is tight. Our driveway can fit two full size suvs. No street parking in front of home but there is some avaliable on side street one house away.Please do not hesitate to reach out with any further questions.
