this is a non-smoking home If you do smoke please do so outside and away from the house. Evidence of smoke (any substance) inside the home will result in an immediate $500 fine PLUS the cost of cleaning and remediation.

place any trash or recycling in the appropriate trash cans outside
note: any damages to the home or failure to comply with house rules will result in additional charges
we offer a 15-min grace period for late check-outs After 15 mins, there will be automatic $50 charge for unapproved late check outs. Please ask us as soon as possible if a late check-out or early check-in is possible and we will do our best to make it happen. Please know that we cannot accommodate late check-outs when we have another guest arriving the same day.
