Positive: Central location in really nice village with pub, Indian restaurant, pizza & coffee cafe, fish & chip shop, bakery and Coop/PO all within a few paces. Parking outside cottage easy (on road). Bus stop a few paces away with pretty bus journey into the centre of Stratford upon Avon. Cottage is on 3 floors, main ensuite is in a loft conversion. A small garden area with seating in a sunny spot was enjoyed.

Negative: The property is managed by an agency so we had to fill their forms in and provide preauthorisation by card for £300 deposit. All legit, but a bit time consuming. The deposit was not taken as we left the property in a good state.
