The view from the bright sunroom and spacious back deck makes you feel like you are living up in the trees! It is at a high point in the Arbuckle Mountains. The house has designer touches throughout that make your stay special and cozy. You will feel at home with all the creature comforts including a gourmet custom kitchen, Wifi, spacious vaulted ceiling living room with Digital Network TV for sports and news, streaming apps, and a box full of DVDs. The master bedroom has a luxurious pillow-top king bed, TV and whirlpool tub in the full bathroom. Enjoy your morning coffee or cook out on the gas grill on the large wood deck and watch the wildlife stroll by. Half of the deck is covered, so you can sit out and sunbathe on the sun deck or find relief from hot summer days and rain under the covered porch. A bonus room is the cheery window lined sun room/guest room with wet bar and TV. Relax on the comfy sofa and get lost in a novel or just enjoy the view. It doubles as an extra bedroom with a queen sofa-sleeper and 3/4 bathroom. There is one twin size roll-away bed stored in the master bedroom walk-in closet to accommodate up to 5 guests. The Tree House is located only 1 mile from the Guy Sandy Boat launch on Lake of the Arbuckle’s and 10 minutes from Turner Falls! If that is not enough, this special cabin boasts 2 Full RV Hookups with 40 and 50 amp electrical and water that can accommodate up to 40ft motor home!. Please ask for additional fees for RV Hookup.

your satisfactory stay is very important to us and we want to correct anything that is not in working order Please report any issues or concerns to us on the Platform you booked with as soon as you notice them. We will make every effort to get it immediately fixed. We will not honor any requests for refund or compensation for any concerns or problems if they are reported after your departure.
1You are responsible for any loss or damage to the property or loss or damage to the property of the neighbors. There is NO SMOKING allowed inside any cabins. Non compliance will result in a $200 fee.
2Please watch the noise and language outside. Your voices will carry over water. We reserve the right to expel anyone drunk and/or disorderly (without refund) from our property. This is a family oriented facility and neighborhood. No late night parties outdoors, no fireworks please.
3Please do not burn in fire pits on windy days or during a burn ban. Fire danger is high and very real. Douse all fires after use and do not leave anything burning when you go inside or leave. Fireworks are not permitted.

a We request that you strip the beds, and leave comforters and/or blankets on the beds.
b Do not re-make beds that were used.
c Please place the used towels in front of the bed on the floor.
d Wipe down the kitchen counters and clean the stove and oven if anything has been spilled in or on it.Put all dishes in dishwasher and start it.
e Please take all trash to the outside cans. MAKE SURE ALL TRASH IS BAGGED or the garbage company won't take it. If we have to bag your trash, we will charge $50.00.
f Do not throw cigarette butts outside except in fire pit. Remember fire danger.
5 Liability: The owners and/or management team are not responsible or liable for any accidents on the property resulting in injury or death.
6 Management will contact you to check if everything is in working order and to your liking. If they find that more guests than reserved for are staying at the property, you may be asked to leave. Should that be the case no refund will be given.
7 Some homes are pet friendly. If you want to bring a pet, please make a reservation for it. If we find that a pet has been brought to a property that is not pet friendly you will be asked to leave without a refund.
