towd point has been called the hamptons of yesteryear with its slow pace and rustic charm There are no mansions here, or pools, or tennis courts…only a pristine bay, a harbor, an inlet, a world class beach and remarkable sunsets.
the space:
towd point landing is a two-story dwelling of approximately 1400sf/130sqm The preserved natural wetlands on each side of the property provide privacy.
the home features a primary bedroom with a private 30' balcony and full bath on the upper level, and two small bedrooms with water views on the lower level that are served by a separate full bath
the kitchen is fully equipped (and we mean fully) The inviting living room features a working fireplace and 65” TV. The kitchen, living room, and dining area all have remarkable panoramic views of the inlet and salt marsh.
guests can swim in the water right off the patio and can launch the two kayaks and two stand-up-paddleboards, (seasonally) included in the rental

our pristine bay beach is a 5 minute scenic stroll down the road Cooper’s Beach is the closest ocean beach and is a 15 minute drive. Daily ocean beach parking is available for a fee.
