Positive: We arrived to a welcome of fresh roses, milk, cake and traybake biscuits.The cottage is extremely comfortable, warm and cosy.

Negative: The only problem was the bathroom floor got very wet under the sink with a run-off from the washhand basin whenever it was used. The floor to the left of the toilet also got wet, probably due to condensation.

Summary: A warm and very comfortable cottage.
