overall 60 m2 with plenty of light Master bedroom is spacious 18 m2 with two windows, chest of drawers, built in closet, sofa, desk with printer and double doors opening on to the sizeable living room which is open and airy 13 m2 with 38" TV on wall. Second bedroom is a small but very bright 7 m2 functional bedroom with 140cm Double Bed.

it is a 140 year old building and with all the light streaming in and the windows open it can seem dusty to some - not a problem at all but the apartment in general should be seen as a home rather than a sterile hotel!
