designed over one level floor, the apartment features a large open plan living area and three good sized bedrooms On arrival at the apartment guests will discover a bright, large open plan living area, which has been beautifully designed with multiple windows allowing in plenty of light and guests to enjoy the stunning views over Lynmouth and the Bristol Channel. The kitchen at Bay View has been finished to a very high specification and is fitted with an electric oven and hob, a fridge, a freezer, a dishwasher and a coffee machine, as well as a good range of cutlery and crockery. As well as a breakfast bar there is a big wooden dining table comfortably capable of seating up to eight guests. To the far side of the living area is the comfortably lounge, which has two large sofas, window seats, a wood burning stove, a TV and a handy telescope for any budding star gazers! Doors open out from the living area on to a private balcony, which has outdoor tables and chairs perfect for alfresco dinners.
